Auditor Faber Seeks RFPs for Internal Performance Audit

Wednesday, November 13, 2019

Columbus – Auditor of State Keith Faber announced his office is accepting proposals for a performance audit of the Auditor of State’s office.

“One of my early priorities when taking office was to have a performance audit to judge how our operations compare to our peers,” said Auditor Faber. “As we discussed the scope of the engagement, we began to focus on data analytics and the use of technology in the audit process. I am excited to learn of new, innovative ways to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in our agency.”

The request is posted on the website at www.OhioAuditor.gov/procurement/. Vendors should be able to study the office’s current capabilities and propose innovative and advanced techniques in the areas of data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data acquisition, and other techniques to advance the office’s mission.

Proposals will be accepted until December 11, 2019. Please direct questions to BIDQuestions@ohioaudior.gov.
