Final Report
In Auditor Yost's final report released Feb. 11, 2013, four additional school districts, bringing the total to nine, were identified as having manipulated attendance data.

Second Interim Report
No new instance of potential record “scrubbing” was found in the second interim report concerning the review of school attendance practices in Ohio.

First Interim Report
In the initial phase of the student attendance audit, the Auditor of State’s office sampled 100 schools from 47 school districts. Of the first assessment, five school districts were found to have improperly withdrawn students from their enrollment.
